how to start?

Hold the middle button for 3 seconds, entering pre-heat mode which is breath red light (high temperature) If you adjust heat level for any part, you can turn off heat zones if you dont need it by press that part's button 3s

Head and Neck Heat Zone

Shoulder Heat Zone

• Head, Neck and Shoulder heat zones controlled together by the left button on the switch

Abdomen Heat Zone

• Abdomen Heat Zone controlled by the right button on the switch

• Back and Waist Heat Zone controlled by the left button on the switch
